The service was absolute BANANAS I highly recommend this location for any electronic repairs. They do all their work quick and very professional! As someone whos broken their screen twice, this place has always been able to find the issue and to provide a solution to preventing the same thing from happening again. I took my mothers iPad here to be fixed. I was told it would be ready in 3 days. I went to pick it up and I was informed that they were going through some changes. The man who told me it would take 3 days didnt place the order and he quit. They then told me they would order the part but theyre backed up due to the guy quitting unexpectedly . One week passed and I still didnt have my iPad. 2 weeks later I went to pick it up, and the home button didnt work. I had to wait days for them to fix the home button. I finally picked it up after a couple of days and I took it home to my mother, only for her to tell me the finger sensor wasnt working and she had to press on the button extremely hard for it to go to the Home Screen. She went to try to enter her code and then she noticed the calibration was off and the sides lit up when she pressed the screen. I went back after Josiah who is the person who fixed it told me I could bring it back just for him to tell me the warranty is voided. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a repair company. My mother paid $230 for nothing.

Great service with a real ethic. When others were ready to let me get a new part for an iPhone no longer charging, here I was explained something got stuck but did not justify getting a new port. They simply removed it and avoided me a costly unneeded fix.

My phone had a black screen but still made sounds so I took it to this location ( it happened once and the previous guy that worked there was very knowledgeable and nice, he checked the screen, everything was good with it so he did something and fix it with no charge. It was the best experience I have ever had in repair shops). The new employee looked at my phone and just immediately told me I need to replace the screen. So I asked him to check the screen and it turned out it was working definitely wont be back. The new employee doesnt care about his job.
