        Horrible was here 5 minutes Someone told me I needed freon and they won't listen and is saying my ac listen. Sucks that I'm assigned to them by my home warranty.

        Only went with them because of our warranty. We made an appointment and they did a no call no show the first time. Finally got them to show up, refused to answer questions about their work, didn't come in to double check their work, even after I asked them to. Less than a month later we were having issues again with our AC.. We were told we had to go with them again because it was within their work guarantee of original claim. They NEVER returned our calls.. Myself, my husband and our landlord all called with no return. Sears warranty company finally changed us to a company to come make the repairs on their behalf.
