Overall they have been awesome that why I want to keep going to them. but making an appointment with them and getting a call back is difficult.

One star is too generous! This company is not only severely lacking in customer service, but they are also extremely unethical. Let me explain: After I fired them for not being able to provide an appropriate window of time in which they would service our clinic full of special needs children, they "purportedly" serviced our HVAC system on the roof without our knowledge or permission. They never obtained a signature for the supposed work that they did. To make things worse, they never sent me an invoice. In fact, I had no idea they were ever there, until I started getting collection notices. In January, 2024, they charged me $180.00 for a 1-23-2023 servicing and $350.00 for a 10/13/2023 servicing, plus 15.80 in interest. I have no invoices for either of those charges. Because I am a small business owner, I went ahead and paid them because I don't want to damage our company's credit. However, I am considering my legal options. My advice: Stay away from Smith and Keene!

As an employee of 35 years , I'll have to say , I see this Business from the inside out.. As a Part of the Service Department , Performing Maintenance and Troubleshooting on Generators HVAC Equipment & Tankless Waterheaters I Have seen Alot Happy Customer over the Years as well as a Few Frustrated Customer . I've Gotta Say that I've seen Many times the Frustrated Customer's experience Had Been Turned around and Become a Customer for life as the Company Works to Get their Equipment up and running 100% without Being Price Gouched.. If Your Looking For Excellent Service on Heating ,Cooling ,Plumbing, Electrical & Generators At a Fair price . I'd Highly recommend Smith & Keene . I have found Smith & Keene to be dependable, and their pricing to be fair and reasonable. When I need HVAC system upgrades or replacement, after several estimates from other companies, I consistently find that Smith & Keene always offers the best price!
