T-Mobile

This place is so horribly mismanaged. I happened to be passing through and I decided to trade in my phone for a new one. They completed the transaction and then told me that they couldnt accept trade-ins so they printed a barcode on a piece of paper and told me to mail it in myself. Later I get a call from the store saying they need the phone at their store. So basically if I didnt drive another hour to get there right away I would have been screwed out of my trade-in. Why couldnt they have just taken my phone in the first place if theyre going to ask me to come back and drive there again to give it to them? Highly recommend you dont go here.

I was at the mall earlier this week and was going to try and drop by and see what it'd take to switch my wife and kids and I to tmobile. When we swung by there were two employees, none of who were wearing masks, and a mob of customers, most of whom were not wearing masks. I definitely get that they are uncomfortable and annoying to wear but since I have people in my house who are high risk, I decided to definitely avoid tmobile. I doubt I'll go back and try to switch even after covid.
