    Traded in my truck yesterday afternoon for a new vehicle and called to see if they had a return policy to get my truck back (immediate regrets but thats obviously my fault) and was told I could exchange for equal or more value for another vehicle, and not possible to get my truck back not even 24 hours later. I get its the policy, but it doesnt seem like its impossible to make a customer happy if they reach out expressing regrets. The policy is trash and should be changed, but thatll never happen because all dealerships care about is $$$ Edit 3/26/22: One month later, and this is by far the worst brand new vehicle I bought. 2022 Acura TLX has had squeaky breaks since about 2 weeks having it, the driver side window squeaks randomly when opening and closing. The wireless charger doesnt work for my iPhone. The navigation doesnt put the right address in when searching and using the speaker to say the address out loud. This is a $52,000 brand new car and I feel like its a used outdated car. I will never purchase an Acura again, let alone go to Priority Acura.

    Took my Acura in for state inspection failed for front and rear mounts being broke I replaced myself, took my car to two other places and it passed, called the service advisor Jessi Siebert asking how her inspector determined if they failed or not, she got irate and unprofessional and hung up the phone on me, they are very unprofessional and I all included a pic of the mount they said was broke, nothing but a bunch or thieves if I get a day off i will definitely be contacting the State Trooper to put their inspection license under review.
