Karen Radley Acura Service Department always goes above and beyond to help. My vehicle had a dead battery while I was at work, and I only had to make one phone call. They helped get my vehicle, and dropped it off before the end of the day. The process was seamless and effortless for me, I am so thankful. This dealership really is a life-long relationship. Once you purchase a car from Karen Radley, there is no comparison. For the last 20 years we have only purchased from Karen Radley because of their commitment to their customers. I cannot recommend them enough.

The service itself was fine. The wait was awful. I was scheduled for a 1:15oil change and tire rotation. Upon inspection/analysis, it was noted that I needed an alignment before a rotation could be performed. This happened rather quickly after my arrival which I thought was great and advised ok for them to go ahead with the alignment as well. A bit after, I was advised an alignment nor rotation could be done because I needed all new tires. These would have to be ordered, prices were given etc. I declined the tires and asked them to proceed with the oil change. Fast forward, I received a text message at 3:01pm stating my vehicle service was complete and the amount to pay. When I go back to the service center, and said Id received a text I was advised that the car was not ready just yet, they had to write up the invoice. (the text message had an amount due so?) Finally, at 3:45pm I went back to the service desk and asked how much longer it would be as I needed to be elsewhere by 4 o clock. I honestly was not expecting to be there that long. When the service agent checked, he came back to tell me my car had not gone through the wash yet? That could have been mentioned when I was told the invoice had to be written up and I could have advised then that I didnt need a wash. I told him I didnt need a wash, I was supposed to be elsewhere by 4. The wait without knowing what the wait was actually for could have been avoided, or at least allowed me the opportunity to make arrangements for my 4:00 commitment. Again, oil change service was good, communication with customer not so much. That is a really long time for an oil change.
