Pizza Hut

I was having problems ordering online so I called the store as the directions instructured to do & was put on hold for 8 minutes, cool not a problem, they said they didn't find my order. Fine, no problem "can I place my order over the phone with you? " , .. She said "no, I can't take your order over the phone".. cool, PAPA JOHN'S got my money tonight b/c they take orders over the phone. Imagine that!!!!

Consistently 1.5 to 2.5 hour delivery times over a three year period. Received a stone cold pizza 1.5 hours after ordering tonight. When I called at an hour I was told by the employee who answered the phone I don't know where your pizza is. At this point I am done and I love Pizza Hut. I recommend this store to nobody and avoid it like the plague.

The store window poster advertised a large, cheese crust pizza with one topping for $10.99, depicting a pepperoni pizza, so I ordered a "large, cheese crust pizza with pepperoni" and the guy with the baseball cap rang up $15 and change. I called his attention to the $10.99 poster. "Oh", he said, "you want that one". I asked him which large, cheese crust pizza he was going to sell me. He thought I wanted the 'original' type of large, cheese filled pizza. Anyway, after collecting my cash and handling money for another person in line, he proceeded to make my pizza - without washing his hands or wearing gloves (isn't there some law for this?). I watched him for a while. The kitchen didn't look very sanitary. I left for a while, rationalizing the oven would probably burn off most of any germs. When I came back, there was more help in the kitchen. Earlier I saw some guys on the curb outside smoking cigarettes, so they were probably on break. I wondered if they washed their hands. Some sort of stuff was sprayed from a can on my pizza before closing the box the to-go pizza. It did not have a lot of pepperoni on it and they were tasteless. The dough was limp, doughy and only semi-done. Overall however, the pizza tasted better than expected. The sauce was pretty good.
