There has been no response and certainly no change in their restaurant. Maybe a Google review will reach the owner. The restaurant: The inside of this restaurant is a disgrace. The booth seats are ripped. Like giant ripped holes in almost every booth seat. The chair seats are falling off the chairs. The restaurant is dirty. The floor is often sticky, especially by the soda machine and the buffet lane. The food: For a BUFFET restaurant, Cici's has difficulty keeping enough pizza on their BUFFET line. Cheese pizza is one of the most popular pizzas out there and for some reason whenever we're there, there is always a long wait while they cook another cheese pizza. Here's a thought: instead of waiting until the cheese pizza is gone, why not start a 2nd one when the 1st one is 1/2 or 3/4 of the way done? Their salad bar is always a mess, again never enough food, always a wait until someone gets around to refilling the bins. The pizza itself is good, that's why I gave the restaurant 2 starts. Our daughter will eat 4 slices if we let her. It's obvious that this restaurant is continuing to go downhill, I was depressed while eating there tonight.
