        I took my toddler in today and it was a wonderful experience. From being directed the moment I walked in the door to the check in who were great as well. Then the great reception in audiology. I am especially enamored by Deb and Melissa who performed the testing on my little guy. Deb is a natural! Melissa and Deb are a great team and must be protected at all costs!!! I now have professional crushes on them. They are that great

        On Tuesday June 13, 2023 during my visit to the audiology department, I encountered a distressing situation involving one of the nurses on duty. The nurse, whose name I unfortunately do not know, engaged in repeated instances of bullying behavior towards me.
