        Today, I called to schedule an annual exam. I spoke with a scheduler after a 5 minute hold. I asked about the next available appointment and was told that would be a month out, once my paper work and records were obtained. She offered to mail the new patient forms. I find this odd in this day and age that they do not have a "Patient Portal" with fillable forms online nor did she offer to fax or email, blank forms for completion. Most doctor records are now electronic in coordinating care for my 90 year old mother and her many specialists. My primary care physician has a Patient Portal. This is great to schedule, upload the insurance card, ask a question and request a prescription renewal. Time saver for all.
