        Called the shop, and the owner answered the phone but I only learned that it was him when he said his name later on in the call (I'd looked up the shop and saw what his name was). Very friendly; explained the arrangements, how they may differ because of availability of certain flowers; very helpful, overall. Placed order around 11 a.m., and got a call from the person who got the flowers later that afternoon-- very prompt and attentive to detail. Definitely and highly recommend!
