The Dogwood Tree

Beautiful and fresh are the words my goddaughter said to describe her arrangement. The Dogwood Tree provided excellent customer service and fast delivery. The driver even called goddaughter since she was not home. Unique!! I give all my props to Sarah and The Dogwood Tree staff. Highly recommend.

I would give this company 1,000 stars if possible. Another florist in town cancelled my father in laws arrangement for his casket 2 hours before visitation. We called The Dogwood Tree and without hesitation the owner jumped into action and made us the most beautiful arrangements in under 2 hours. You dont know how much this meant to our family and we cant thank you enough for the kindness you displayed during a difficult time.

I highly recommend the Dogwood Tree! I live out of state in Kentucky, but wanted to order a Christmas arrangement for my sister and family in Keswick, VA. I prefer to support a local florist directly, if possible, rather than going through a company like FTD or similar. I contacted Sarah by email with a very specific request which she worked very diligently to accommodate. When my first item wasn't able to be sourced on time, I made a second very specific request that she was able to put together, just as I had requested. My sister and her family LOVED it! I communicated with Sarah almost daily over about 10 days... she was very responsive and accommodating to my requests, special ordering certain plants and vases, sending me photos or ideas, even being very happy to make a change to a proposed arrangement, etc. She always was receptive to questions and always offered me a chance to make changes before paying the invoice and delivering. Her prices are very reasonable as well. I will be working with The Dogwood Tree and Sarah for all my floral arrangements needed in the Charlottesville area going forward. Highly recommend.
