John S. Lyon DDS

Please do not use this dentist office. The receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. My husband used this office once. He had to cancel 3 appointments due to work related issues 10 years ago, and then the birth of our daughter, then recently made one in 2019 but canceled because anther dentist could see him sooner due to the pain he was having. The dentist then sends one of the most unprofessional letters I have ever seen. Frankly, for a dentist to send a letter as such, calling someone immature and irresponsible and asking them to remove a review is very childish. They have plenty of bad reviews. The reviews speak for themselfs along with the letter they sent. If you want to run a business, learn to take negativity and mild your business to better the issues. Listen to your clients and what has made them uncomfortable, not send unprofessional and childish letters simple because you do not like a review.

I wanted to use DR Lyons office for my primary DDS. Unfortunately my employer forgot to tell me that he had scheduled me for a seminar the same time frame.When I called to reschedule the receptionist was cart rude and condesinding. If this is A representation of how Dr Lyons treats his patients I wouldnt recommend him to anyone.

Our family has been Dr. John . S. Lynn's patients for over 18 years and still counting ! We have been fortunate for having Dr. Lynn and his wife Dr. Betty Lynn as our Dentists, who have always exhibited total commitment and professionalism with absolute honesty, integrity and high quality of service . When I personally had to undergo several surgeries they were there for me with quick and excellent service . When I couldn't afford certain payments due to my insurance budget , Dr, Lynn helped me with an affordable financial plan which was very kind of him and his team . I am very grateful not only to Dr. Lynn , but also to his staff who also go above and beyond like Dr. John S Lynn !

All I can say is his service is tops. I have been to 6 different dentist in my lifetime and I can say without any reservation that the service is best I have received. Dr. Lyon's came into his office on a day his office was closed to repair a crown that had fallen off. The crown was put on by another will known dentist in town. I have 4 crowns and 3 have been put on by Dr. Lyon . The crown's that Dr. Lyon has installed have not given me a minutes problem. I can say the crown that Dr. Lyon did not install has given me multiple problems. A new crown is going in place of the one with multiple problems and this one will be done with fullll confidence of Dr. Lyon. I believe anyone using the services of Dr. Lyon will be well pleased knowing they are in good hands.
