Rivanna Dental Care

My wife and I just became new patients at Rivanna Dental Care. We loved the staff and Dr. D. Now that I have my permanent dentist, one less thing to worry about.

I was seen in a timely manner, my hygeintist was no chatty ( thnkfully) so I was not compeled to to talke dueing our time. I felt they did a thorough job with films, as my insurance would cover, and awere able to shoe me through pictures some of my dental problems. Great and thorough experience. Dr Doung was GREAT!

Theyre communication skills about billing and insurance sucks unless you want a 200 dollar bill randomly given to you after an appointment dont go here.. very disappointing

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The Dentist did not seem in a rush and was friendly.

This office has horrible communication skills in terms of billing and insurance. Theyll tell you on the phone that they cover your insurance and then when you go in and end an appointment theyll suddenly say they dont cover it. They also dont tell you about how much your insurance covers or doesnt cover until the end of appointment. Was then told that I should know my insurance policy knowing your insurance policy and knowing how much you need to pay out of pocket after an appointment are two different things. Most offices give you the courtesy of knowing how much youll need to play before..The woman at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. It just gives off the vibe that they dont care about their patients and only want their money. 75% of Americans are living pay check to pay its ethically and just morally correct to let people know ahead of time. Will never go here again and will advise others to do the same. You guys need to do better.
