        Wasn't told prior to x-rays and exam that my insurance wasn't in their network and had to pay $120 for a visit that I shouldn't had to pay for. And still have to find a dentist to pull my tooth and figure out my next steps to a winning smile again. I wish they would have told me before hand, I would have declined their services and found someone that was covered by my insurance company! So still in pain and now my pockets even lighter due to living over an hour away and putting out money that wasn't expected . Thanks so much for not even helping me to find someone that could do the work for me. What a pain x2 .... all in all be careful and ask the questions before going in the back.

        My experience at Charlottesville office was not good at all, staff is not patient friendly, neither is the dentist, very disgenious and at times disrespectful to my needs, I would not recommend anyone to go to that office, I'm so disappointed with the demeaning way I was treated
