Phone stores can be a stressful experience.. your usually there with a problem.

Was told my bill charges, I agreed to switch carriers, when I received the bill it was around. $100 MORE than what my CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. When speaking with the customer service rep I was informed what I was initially told was incorrect to include the CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT I had in had that lists out each detail of my charge.
VERY ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
