We went later in the evening, after the main dinner rush. We ordered several rolls and I also had tekka and sake don. The red skin roll was FANTASTIC!!! It's a tuna wrapped roll with crunchy spicy crab inside. The flavor and texture were perfect together. A definite recommend. We also had the Wa Wa Green Roll, which had a very fresh taste with some nice crunchiness added from the cucumber and roe. The Tekka and Sake don was good: large pieces of tuna and salmon sashimi, both fresh and tasty. The salmon in particular had the rich butteriness that comes from just the right amount of fat in the fish. Fuji is kind of tucked out of the way, but it's worth the trip.

I was not really that impressed. The special honeymoon roll was good but hubby didn't like it. The sushi/sashimi dish was $32 and it did not look too fresh and the pieces of fish did not look that good. Presentation was on a traditional boat but nothing fancy, no garnishes at all. I would have forgiven that quite easily if the fish itself looked decent. Sorry to say it was a disappointment. We got there about 7 pm on a Thursday night and it was almost empty. Not sure how it has high reviews and no customers.

I have eaten at sushi restaurants all across the NE, and this one is at the top of my list. It's extremely reasonable, creative and the staff is very courteous and right on top of things. I agree with the last posting - I can't believe it's in a strip mall! The price is $8-$10 for the "special rolls" which are amazing. I will caution a lot of the rolls are made with spicy sauces, if you don't prefer spicy just let them know up front as they pack a little heat but are still very tasty. Enjoy!

Excellent service. Kid friendly as we had 4 under 8 in tow. Fresh ingredients. We will be back.
