        ***REVISED, I received an email from the owner apologizing for our experience. He also sent me a gift card to help make up for the money I had spent. The Thanksgiving meals were more expensive than this, but I think this was a very kind way to get us back to the restaurant. Thank you Bob Evans! I will go back - maybe just not for the Thanksgiving meals. Thanks for redeeming this situation.

        There were two people here, counting myself. Ordered my diner wish was very good. Ordered second meal for my lunch the next day. Both very good. It was coming up on closing time and only 2 people working that I saw. Had to wait to get my tea refilled. I have always loved Bob Evans. Sadly it feels like it is on its way out. This one is in a bad spot. Steak house next door.

        They didn't serve French fries and coleslaw for my steak tip. This place was the worst Bob Evans nationwide! Bad frying oil and never sincere to customer,I have experienced. So bad place but I like other Bob Evans.

        It was the most disorganized and disfunctional restaurant i have ever been to. Placed a pick up order for the Thanksgiving Day at 4:30 pm but when i got there at 4:15, there were a lot of angry people just waiting to pick up their order. People were yelling at the staff as some people waited over 2 hours to pick up their order. When i inquired thebstaff why we have a pick up time when they cannot deliver as advertised, one of the staff bluntly responded some had to wait over 2 hours before you. After an hour of me waiting, i was finally able to convince one staff to fulfill my order. Instead of the pumpkin pie i ordered, got smashed apple pie and a dry peacon pie.. No one was in charge some employees just standing around without doing anything while 30-40 guests standing in front of the registers waiting to pick up their orders. No more Bob Evans for me.. Not worth waiting over an hour to pick up an order that was not packaged as advertised and served by staff who did not care for how long people were waiting for a mediocre food. Just in case the service has gotten better, visited this restaurant again and left with disappointment as before. My eggs were burnt with old oil smell and the garden salad was prepared with obviously either old rotten or unwashed lettuce.
