The home we rented Beach Bums was absolutely beautiful, with easy access to the beach and everything we needed at our finger tips, the only disappointment was the pool, which was full of algae,sand and not at water level. I inquired about this and Nolan put water in the pool and put the vacuum on unfortunately we were still unable to use the pool because of the unsafe stairs that still had algae on them, the owner refused to give us any kind of refund, there were no chairs either around the pool~ disappointing

We just recently returned from Cape Charles after renting the condo "Above It All". The condo was clean and furnished nicely. The location was great and close to everything. The elevator was broken, which was a bummer for loading and unloading supplies but this wasn't the fault of Chesapeake Properties. We had a wonderful visit and will definitely return again.

Kim and her team are absolutely the best! We have had 3 purchase/sale transactions with them. They are kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend this team!
