Changed my hot water heater. Get your quote in writing. The price changed after the installation, twice. They had 4 people here, so I didn't argue. A month later, the hot water heater went out in the other unit. The guy installed it for less, and did it to code. He then brought the one in my unit up to code. Everything was so nice and clean when he was done, I ended up asking him to do over $2000 worth of work. I, now, have a reliable, honest plumber to do all the work on my place and it's not K2.

I was referred to K2 Plumbing by my property management company, Serafina, to replace my home's leaking, ancient water heater. I left VM and got a callback in 2 minutes from Carmine. He was professional and answered my questions, e-mailed me an estimate, and I had my new water heater installed two days later. Larry, the plumber who installed it, was prompt and knowledgeable, wonderful at answering my questions, and he got the job done without any drama. He even tidied up afterwards. As Serafina described them to me, they are "good people", the knowledgeable kind you find on HGTV home repair shows and wish you could find locally. These are good people with a strong work ethic. I would definitely recommend K2 Plumbing. The company is also a general contractor, so I'm considering hiring them for some home renovations. Update 1/19/20: While I have no complaints about my new water heater, I can no longer recommend K2 Plumbing with as much gusto. I'm still waiting for my permit, which has never been filed for (at least according to the City of Tamarac). Carmine doesn't return my calls or texts. I know he's had health problems, so maybe that's why. He seemed like a really good guy otherwise. Sorry about this.
