Ashburn Children’s Dentistry

One word to describe my experience with Ashburn Children’s Dentistry is upsetting. I find myself getting upset every time I even think about this place. We wasted precious time, resources and money here. The doctor there told me that my son had a severe lip and tongue tie and that he was being referred immediately for a sleep study and to a cranial osteopathy doctor. Weeks went by. No one called. I followed up with Ashburn Children’s Dentistry several times and was repeatedly told that I would be sent the information for my son’s referrals to my email. Never received anything. I called and left messages. They stopped returning my calls. So like I said before. It was a complete waste of our time, resources and money. Ashburn Children’s Dentistry took our money and did nothing for us and my son is who had to suffer from their negligence.

My 3 boys love going to “the dentist with the tree”. We’ve been traveling 4 hours one way to see Dr. Lynda since my first baby was 8 weeks old. Her knowledge and expertise is invaluable. She has treated each of my boys’ tongue ties and is the reason I was able to continue breastfeeding. The office staff is professional and courteous and their customer service is second to none.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I cannot even think of a positive thing to write. I would give zero stars if possible.
