        Worst practice ever you can go to as a working parent. Appt grace period for arriving late is absolutely zero. They call you at appointment time and pretty much at that point already dont allow you to come in. Asking you to basically turn back around when youre on the way and reschedule. Complete utter joke! They will tell you its 10min grace period but thats a lie. Save yourself the headache and waste of time to come here.
