Office staff is too rude, I visited once this doctor office, receptionist scheduled a follow-up, they called me when I was in a meeting I called them back, they didn't lift my call and they called me again I requested them to reschedule, she says she will charge me for reschedule even I have more than 24 hours for appointment. she argue that she called me twice and she will charge. I asked here what are the timelines to reschedule, she said I can inform 8 hours prior to my appointment, when I informed today 3/14/2024 at 11: 20AM EST, and my appointment is on 3/15/2024 at 1PM EST, it is clear I informed 24 hours prior, there is no reason why she want to charge me for missing the appointment, to me it seems this is a fraud doctor office looting patients, please be careful with this dental office.

The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, it was clear from the first day that patient care was their top priority. The professionalism exhibited by Dr. E and his staff was truly remarkable. Not only did they provide exceptional dental care, but they also took the time to explain each and every procedure thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. The attention to detail and genuine concern for my dental health was evident in every interaction. Thanks to Dr. E and his amazing team miss Cynthia and Nafis . I cant recommend them highly enough.

Dr. E and associates are very knowledgeable about what they do. They helped me get an implant to replace my broken tooth and I am very happy with the results. Special kudos to the front desk - they have been so very helpful with my insurance benefits and helped me understand how it works. Thanks so much!!!!

Always on time, takes great care to make sure everything is done properly even if it takes a bit, always explains what he is doing and has always made each visit painless. Had TMJ surgery so dentist has to take special care
