Horrible customer service. They are dishonest. We will be canceling and taking them to court for this .
I could do I to greater detail but I will wait for what transpires to show proof of what I am speaking of.

They say they handle discussion over the phone, but they do not return calls.
NOTE all of the positive reviews are they "old" NMAA, the new management is stripping the company of what made it great. The end is near.
WARNING... Is Navy Mutual about to go out of business? If so, your savings could go away in a flash. ... they've recently lowered their "guaranteed" funding rates, changed their policy structures and are repossessing member equity.. trouble signs that the end is near... these changes alone will cost me about $10k, and probably $100k over the life of my policies ... They've also implemented aggressive sales practices in place of the quality programs that they used to have... all signs that the end is near? ... WARNING
