Sam's Tailoring

Very poor service. Did not do any work on pair of pants I needed tailored. When I brought them back, accused me of bringing in a different pair of pants. Finally agreed to tailor them, but didn't and called to insist I come to her business. Not there when I did. Had to take pants elsewhere for work for which I paid. Seems to be modus operandi. Dry cleaning service at same location has great reputation, but standalone tailoring service not trustworthy.

Steer clear, seriously! The lady is totally incompetent, she messed up our whole order and made us come back 3 times. The finished tailoring was done so horribly, we had to take them to another tailor right after we left.

While the dry cleaners within this building is great, do not go to this tailor. They are extremely over priced and lie or change pricing without informing customers. They cannot be trusted and are 2-3 times more than other tailors in the area. They also take much longer and often cannot garuntee having pieces done on time.
