Absolutely unacceptable service! I brought a dress here to be hemmed for a photoshoot. I was up front that I had a hard deadline of needing the dress back no later than 1:00 p.m. on 10/26. Prior to being measured and leaving the dress with them, I verified both via phone and in-person that they could meet the deadline and was reassured yes. The cost of my service was far more than other tailors in the area and when I called the morning of the 26th to confirm that my dress would be ready by 1:00, they told me I could pick my dress up at 4:00. I voiced that as emphatically communicated by me and agreed to by them, I needed my dress by 1:00. The lady on the phone said shed call me when it was ready and hung up. My fianc showed up at 1:00 to pick the dress up for me and my dress was not even at the store. They told him 2:30 and he reiterated it was not what was agreed to and would not work, so they agreed to 2:00. We both went back at 2:00 and my dress was still not at the store. I voiced my displeasure so the lady called the guy who was to drop off my dress and he insisted he would not be there until 3:00. I eventually received my dress just before 3:00, almost 2 hours after it was promised which made us extremely late for our photoshoot. The store refused to refund any portion of the exorbitant cost to make up for the inconvenience. We will not return to Telegraph Cleaners and do not recommend them to anyone looking for efficient and quality customer service. Service: Women's clothing alterations
