        Cant say enough about my most recent experience at this location. Upgraded 2 phones and Marcus was the best!! Very professional, and patient with all my stupid questions. Made what is normally a nightmare, a very pleasant experience.

        I have been in this store just about every day asking questions and every time they are so helpful and answer all of my questions they are so friendly, welcoming and patient with me. They transferred all my stuff over , 5 years worth of data and made it such a seamless experience. Being part of an older generation I was reluctant to ask questions to avoid looking stupid but they are so kind and helpful ! Mercedes and Dora are awesome and they certainly give the best customer service Ive ever received at a retail store. I will continue coming back to this store and refer all my friends. They definitely gave me customer service tailored to all my needs.
