The technician, Kurtis, took care of the finest details as a craftsman would. I tried CTCS so as to support a locally owned small business, and wow, most impressive.         I needed to repair my hallway and living room carpets that required stretching and patching. The service was requested from CleanRex Carpeting Service first thing on a Monday and Clement came in for repair the next day before Noon. It made me happy someone can come repair them the next day right away. Clement was able to repair the damaged carpet as if nothing ever happened there before. No trace of previous damages is visible now and it took him less than an hour to complete the task. I also really appreciated him being patient with my very hyper dog. Although it was a rainy day outside and I have light colored floorings throughout my home, he also ensured that no mess was left behind. I am giving a 4-star rating due to the carpet needing to be cut from the hallway closet to patch my living room carpet that now requires a completely separate repair. This is due to my not knowing that it needed patching and not just stretching the carpet. Either way, I wouldn't hesitate recommending using CleanRex Carpeting Service to anyone I know.
