        Douglas was amazing!!! He was friendly and helpful, and the cleaning didnt take much time. My carpet was in such bad shape before the cleaning (years of heavy use and cat vomit in maybe 10 spots) so I thought about getting new carpet, but am so happy I didnt and went with Shiny carpet cleaning because Douglas made it look as good as new! Ill definitely be using the service again.
