101 North Ripley Apartments

Hugely unhelpful. I lived here for years and they were absolute fascists about parking. I could never have anyone over because there was no guest parking and they tow cars immediately. One summer my apartment was filled with FLEAS and I kept getting bit. Had to wash EVERYTHING and sprinkle powder all over my carpets. Another summer my air conditioning was broken for over a week before they did anything about it. Keep in mind I had already given them well over $20,000 in rent at that point. Leeches, avoid at all costs.

Just told management I am renewing my lease. Love my efficiency, love the layout, love that I, and not the building, control my own heat and a/c. Management is great, helpful, and responsive. As for rodents, I have never seen mice or rats in my unit or out when walking the property and I doubt my outdoor cat has either as she has never brought any rodents to the patio for daddy to see. So perhaps people bring them with them as I moved here from a different complex where I had an on and off, sometimes endless battle with mice and was careful not to bring them with me. Plus we have a really nice kids playground

If you plan on moving into these apartments please have your own exterminator check the apartment before you move in. Our daughter is a GMU student and we had her staying here because campus housing is expensive. 1 week after she moved in she began to see mice. We called the office on a Thursday but we had to wait until the following Wednesday because that's when their contracted exterminator comes to the property. Of course there is no way I could allow my child to lay with mice so I had to make an emergency to a local company. When they came out they noticed that the apartment had several entries where mice had ate their way in. He fixed them all and of course more mice came in. We had to set our own traps and I killed a couple but they just kept coming. She lived there from May until July. We had to break the lease because it was to much to deal with. The new office personnel was very helpful at the end and offered another apartment but it was to late at that point. We moved her back to campus.
