I just moved here about a week ago and both management and maintenance have been great at addressing all my needs! They're super friendly and accommodating. Bobby from maintenance went above and beyond to fix my toilet and washer issues. And Stephanie from management has been lovely. Thank you, Promise Landing, for making sure I get settled in nicely!

What a joke. Lol. Stay away.
Don't be late on rent. You'll immediately get sent to court for eviction after the very first time. Even if you're only a week late.
You inform 1 of an issue and they don't pass information along. Then when confronted, it's "to bad". Lol

I lived here 3 months ago, the rules and regulations this place has is God Awful. God forbid youre 3 days late, immediately full amount late fee as allowed by the state is immediately forwarded to your balance. No notice nothing.
Management doesn't pass information along, so if you tell one you're going to be late for X reason, well the other doesn't know and files eviction paper.
Thats another thing, it doesn't matter if you pay rent every month. If it's late. You're immediately given a court date for eviction. Yes that's after the -1st- time.
What logical business decision is it to threaten to evict tenants who are just a few days late? So you want tenants who pay this OUTRAGEOUS high prices with a 125?175? Dollar late fee every month. And it is paid MONTHLY then take them to court so you can pay more money to refurbish and let them sit unattended until someone decides to rent them. Yeah, that makes sense financially.
You pay $1500 a MONTH for a cheaply put together townhouse, walls are rush painted over, neighbors had flooding floors, but they put $0 into parking lot renovation (so enjoy potholes), $0 onto painting lines or spots, oh there's a community pool? Doesn't get open in the summer. Gym? Yeah, all 3 treadmills. Place is a joke. Go find someplace that won't hike the price on you just because it's next to a hospital.
They don't enforce anything that doesn't profit them. They allow pets, but who cares where it poops. Just put a sign up.
Save yourself trouble, go find somewhere else to live. There's a lot more to warn about but oh well.
Management is super nice, as long as you're "perfect".

Also they probably don't want you know but your paying for the pool and they just gave me a refund because couldn't swim in it.These apartments are not worth what you pay. There is trash all over the place especially at the trash dumpster. Dogs poop in the yard and people don't clean it up. There is dog poop right outside near the basketball court where kids play. They don't complete work orders. I have put several in and have a few that have been completed but not even looked at. There is no screens in any of the windows at these apartments. The pool isn't swimmable because the water is dirty. The only good thing in my experience is the staff that you deal with when applying for this place. Oh yea and you can't do laundry here because there is clothes in washer and dryer..there has been literally the same clothes in washing machine for three days at a time..
