Stopped here on a trip from DC to MS. Room and hotel were clean, albeit in need of a bit of a face lift. The front desk staff, Jennifer, was warm and inviting - especially at midnight. She helped us score the best price since we hadn't prebooked the room. As gold members, we had our pick of snacks and drinks (get the VA peanuts!), which was a nice addition to the rest of our road trip. The beds are fairly comfortable. I would say they are a little less than firm, but not so soft that it hurt my back. (I usually sleep on an extra firm memory foam mattress.) The AC units provide some good white noise and the shades on the window block out all of the light - even on the sides - so the sleeping environment was perfect for us. As with any Hilton property, it was nice to run downstairs and get toothpaste and a comb - since I had forgotten to pack them. Definitely would stay here again.
