Crystal Rock - Water, Coffee, Office

I love my Crystal Rock deliveries. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Although Customer Service can feel a little rushed at times, we must be understanding that everyone everywhere is short staffed. I would recommend this company to anyone who loves fresh water.

Very Overpriced. $7.99 for 3 gallons. Monthly bottle deposit, not one time like VT Heritage. Always changing delivery dates. Last bottles were delivered to snowbank at distant detached garage and froze. I have not received service in over a month despite weekly assurances. I now have 9 empty bottles to be picked up and no water. I am cancelling and going with Vermont Heritage Spring Water. $4.55 for 3 gallons, I agree that Crystal Rock/ Primo is a nightmare and I am sorry sorry sorry I ever did business with them.

Customer service has gone down hill severely. They have started delivering the water before we open and have been leaving it outside the front door. When we called to let them know this was not acceptable they promised to correct. The next delivery which was a holiday for us and the note on the door said we were closed for the next four days they left the delivery outside again. Thankfully an employee went by and saw the water and brought it inside. Complained again, they promised to correct again. Next delivery left outside again. We no longer use them. When we called to cancel they were rude and said they would not credit unused water. Good riddance. Nightmare.
