        I called this morning for a tech issue with our scanner not connecting with the computer- within one hour John called from Usherwood connected online, listened to my concern, walked me through the process of what he did, explained exactly what happened. Highly recommend Usherwood technology for your business needs hopefully one day you get to work with John too!

        I've worked with Usherwood Technology several times now, including every library I've managed. I've really enjoyed getting the chance to work with Tim Reid as a sales rep. He listens to what we need as a small organization and finds us the right solution. I highly recommend working with him. In addition, their service is always unparalleled. A tech is always at our site within a reasonable amount of time, and communicates with us from beginning to end.
