Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

I love the service I got yesterday in this store. While I was apprehensive about using cricket and being new to area Regina helped me find a phone that was needed and affordable. She was patient with all my questions and ver helpful.

I went into the cricket wireless store last week in Rutland Vermont. it was very busy and a woman named Regina was the only one working. While she was very very busy she remained courteous, kind , and patient. She helped each customer with sincere effort and respect. I listened to her explain options and never once heard a pressured sales pitch. I was only coming in for info on plans and deals for switching from my old carrier. By the time Regina was able to get to me she was so informative and kind that her customer service has me a new Cricket customer ! I would recommend Cricket and Regina to everyone looking to have a great phone service.

I am not nor have I ever been a customer with cricket wireless, my mother is. My mother lost her phone, now she went in to this location yesterday for help locating her phone. The woman working there "emmy" used her personal phone logged into my mother's Google account and factory reset MY phone. my phone was connected to her google account along with hers and she obviously reset the wrong one. I have lost precious pictures of my children even pictures of my daughter with her great grandmother who just PASSED recently. I have lost everything. I also had an app on my phone for which I had spent over $200 on. Everything is erased from my phone. She was never granted permission to access my phone. They obviously don't know what they're doing here!!!
