Great salesman but unfortunately the service dept rates a zero, we purchased a 2023 truck had them install some running boards and bed cover, when we took delivery the running boards were not working properly so we left it at the dealership to fix,. It was there for 2 week's. We contacted them on three or four different occasions to get an update, Hunter the service advisor was less than helpful in getting back to us or fixed,, so we eventually just had them remove the running boards and we will purchase them somewhere else. There is a huge lack of communication and follow through on their part When you purchase a vehicle the service department is a critical part of your purchase I would never recommend Murdock Chevrolet to anyone.

If your in the market! I HIGHLY recommend going and seeing Mark Russel at Murdock Chevrolet. He was so awesome to work with. And we really felt like we got a great deal from him. Thanks Mark for all of your help.

-vehicle had a flat tire when I got home the night I purchased it. They wanted me to pay to get it fixed the day after I bought it -vehicle was poorly detailed. Shattered glass everywhere underneath the back seat along with garbage and food remnants from previous owner -vehicle supposedly passed a multi point inspection, but here I am 3 weeks later buying 2 new batteries.the engine air filter was completely plugged and I had to replace it, the cabin filter was beyond its life, and the wiper blades were trash. The oil wasnt even changed, has 20% life remaining. What are you even multi point inspecting if not those basic items?? Prove me otherwise, but its but a point blank lie to your face marketing scheme. -typical dealer sales experience. You have to play their games to get the price you want. Took a week of back and forth to get where I wanted it to be. The salesman is just a middle man that has to go back and forth between the customer and manager. High pressure, sign this line now now now and well get you outta here. -walked away the first time I went to look at it.ip until the point I walked away the salesman was very cordial and professional. The second I said I wanted to think about it and it wasnt going to happen that evening, that all went out the window.
