I don't know where to start. First off I'm filing harassment charges on this horrible hotel and the staff. My girlfriend and I paid for a 5 night stay that turned into a nightmare. We got the room and left to go out. I returned early due to my asthma flaring up and was refused a key because the front desk clerk said she didn't recognize me. I politely explained that I was having a medical emergency due to severe asthma and she didn't even blink and just shrugged her shoulders. Told me she can't let me in the room. I couldn't breathe. I paid for the hotel with my girlfriend but she put it in her name. I had her call them and they blatantly did not care. So I was told I had to wait 2 more hours for the manager to get there, and then was told I couldn't even wait that 2 hours in the lobby I had to go sit out in the 35 degrees freezing cold and all this for literally no reason. Because the hotel clerk was having a bad day. Her and her manager were extremely rude and non caring and I never got the refund still for the remaining 4 nights they said I would and it's been nearly 3 weeks now. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I think a homeless shelter would have been better than this. If you still want to rent a room here, you are glutton for punishment. Very disgraceful and unsatisfactory in every way. Shame on you comfort inn West valley. I give my rating of zero stars,

Safety: They denied me my asthma inhaler during an asthma attack. They should be arrested for neglect of a sick customer .

Beware this place is awful! I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy! These people have harassed me since the day I arrived. They charged me for a whole weeks stay when I was told I was on the do not rent list and kicked out my first night on a five night reservation. I was told I would be refunded the rest of the four days. I was not refunded. Worse than that they have called every single hotel in the area and had them put me on the do not rent list. The reason, I switched rooms on a previous visit and without me knowing someone stayed in the room I vacated. Because I knew the people I paid for both rooms and was told it was resolved. Clearly it wasnt the next reservation I made for the five days about two weeks later I was kicked out on my first night them saying I was accidentally rented to in the first place. Seriously Im filing harassment charges against this hotel as their behavior is unethical and childish. I am not even going to mention the fact that nothing works in any room hence the reason I was switching rooms to begin with.
I would recommend any other hotel as this place is a night mare. Dont make the same mistake I made by renting from these scoundrels.

First we got there late and wanted to hit the pool and hot tub. The retractable roof was open and the pool and pool room were freezing because it was snowy out still. There were no towels in the pool room and when we asked up front they said we had to use the ones in the room. No worries yet. We went showered and tried to watch tv.. there was only 1 channel so we slept. Next morning I asked for new towels in my room and trash out please. We left for the entire day when we returned at 9pm our keys didnt work to get in. The girl up front was fairly rude about it, I also asked about the TV and she said you shouldve told me in the morning. She went up to try to get in our room and had to use the master key. We got in to find no new towels, no trash out, but we were too exhausted. First thing in the morning I went down to ask for towels and was told I had to bring all my dirty ones down before theyd give me clean ones. The trashes in the halls hadnt been taken care of in 2.5 days, and we noticed during clean up to leave just how nasty the room we stayed in was. All of this might have been manageable but all 3 of the different people at the front were INCREDIBLY rude. I was stopped by another guest after trying to get towels and they said they were told they couldnt have any towels at all. I plan to call corporate, but this does not deserve to be associated with Comfort Inn
Rooms: The room size was nice, the comforters were nice. At first glance the room seemed okay, kind of a funny smell, but fine. Turned out to be pretty dirty.
Noteworthy details: Cold (like ice bath) pool, gross carpets, stinky halls

RUN AWAY!!! BED BUGS!!!! BED BUGS!!! BED BUG!!!
I had family in town visiting two weeks ago. Little did they know and reading past reviews of this place about the bed bugs, they stayed here for two nights.
After visiting with us for a few days we started finding BED BUGS in our home. We let our family know and now we have an infestation. So please read reviews of places before staying. Thanks!
