Western Stairlifts

With all the bedrooms upstairs and with us aging we either had to sell and move, put a bedroom suite downstairs, or install and elevator. The best option for the money was the Stiltz Elevator. After reviewing all the positive reviews for Western Stair Lifts, and they being the Stiltz dealer for all of Utah, we contacted Kevin and had a great, honest, and accurate experience from, site visit, quote, to install date, and post installation follow up. Kevin's son Preston really did a great job from engineering the floor to installation. I had a small issue after the install and Preston got right back to me and I was able to fix it. I highly recommend Western Stairlift.

When needing a new chair lift, Western Stairlifts was responsive and was able to install a chair lift as agreed. Fast forward a few years and the chair stops working during a medical emergency. Two weeks of phone calls and emails to Western go unanswered. I finally called Stannah Chair lifts and got a call right away and my problem is fixed.
