I called repeatedly and they never responded. They billed me for seeing a doctor that I never saw - even he was upset when I called him. They didn't bother to bill my insurance company, but sent me a bill. My insurance company had requested information from them numerous times, to no avail. This is a completely untrustworthy organization.

This place is a nightmare to work with. I had an appointment scheduled for a sleep study. I showed up and no one was there. So I rescheduled with another facility and still have not been able to get my money ($150) back that they require you to prepay before your appointment. I have talked to the ever revolving staff many times and continue to get the run around! I would never recommend this office to anyone!!! It has been 3 months since my scheduled appt and still no refund! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I needed to get a sleep study. I called around to get pricing since it is all out of pocket, having not reached my deductible. The Sleep Institute was a fraction of the cost for the same study I was quoted from the hospital. For the savings of so much money, I can definitely make the hours drive. Sleep studies are not enjoyable. There are so many wires. However, I must say, the sleep technician who was there to set me up was very professional and comfortable. He helped to make things go smooth as possible. The facility was clean and felt like a bedroom rather than a lab or clinic. Much better option than the Hospital's high priced fees. I give them 5 stars!

This place is the biggest JOKE!!!! The staff is unacceptable, you show up and they are high and sitting on the floor. Your labs never make it to the doctor. You call in for an emergency to talk to the doctor and he never receives the message. Then they frauduentlyy bill your insurance for charges that are not correct. There is no follow up from the staff and when you call they all pass the buck and blame the other person. You cannot get thru to the office most of the time and they will never return your call. Doctor Wallace is Amazing and I see him as a General practitioner, I have never had better care than from this doctor....If you can get to him you wont be disappointed. As for the Staff, they need to clean house and replace all of them. Dr Wallace is leaving this place in September and is amazing.... I certainly can see why he is leaving!!! For pete sake he had to give me his cell number so I can get ahold of him in the future.
