The most incompetent office employees I’ve ever dealt with in a medical environment. No one could care less here, tone of voice and attitude let it all show. The office building is as shabby as it gets. Dr. Perterson himself I believe has a genuine passion for his work- but his office staff are a huge let down.

My experience with Dr. Peterson was awesome! He took the time with me to diagnose and explain my neurological and sleep issues. Dr. Peterson KNOWS about sleep problem diagnosis and getting to the root of the problem. Dr. Peterson spent an hour with me doing a complete evaluation of my issues and then explaining what I was experiencing. Dr. Peterson then laid out the treatment plan and explained every step of the way. My neurological and sleep issues have gone away with the treatment Dr. Peterson prescribed. The staff was kind and considerate of what symptoms I was experiencing and explained everything clearly. I RECOMMEND DR. PETERSON 110%!

This is THE WORST experience with a doctors office I have EVER had. I was referred by my primary care doc to have a sleep study done, but they required a consultation first. To make a long story short, they asked me a series of a few questions during my 15 minute appointment (not offering any advice in return), then said they would call my insurance company to see if I could do the study. They never call me back to tell me one way or the other, but instead just send me a bill for $250. When I call them, they tell me they had told me before I left the office, and when I get my primary care doc office involved, they lied and said I NEVER CALLED to set an appt for the sleep study. So basically I paid $250 so I could answer questions and get no medical advice. AND, they put the blame completely on me for their lack of follow up w no accountability for their lack of doing ANYTHING to warrant charging me $250.
The office also looks like they rented it off the set of “Better Call Saul”. I would definitely steer clear of this medical racket.

I'm giving the Wasatch Sleep Health Center and Dr. Peterson a 1 star review due to the fact that the Dr spent little to no time with me and billed me almost $400. Also, I didn't receive a statement until 4 months after my visit and it said that I am now 120 days past due. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking help with Sleep Apnea.
