Rino's Italian Ristorante

Could not believe our experience last night! Went with a group of friends. Food was good and fresh, but I don't think it was worth the price. At the end, the waitress brought us our bill. We politely asked if she could split it. Seriously - poop hit the fan! She was so angry and scolded us for not saying that ahead of time. SHe marched around in a fury. We tried to write it all down for her and make it easier and she didn't even listen to our explanation. Just grabbed the cards and stormed off. Came back 5 minutes later and said, "I guess I will do this, but it will be AT LEAST another 15 minutes." It was so ridiculous we ended up just having one of our friends pay for it and we all just paid them back. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen!

It's delicious and the setting is quaint and intimate. The chef even came out to ask us how our dinner was. Real Italian food. I'd recommend this restaurant for a date.

Okay, so this place is not cheap. We went there because we had a coupon, and even then we opted to share because this place is pricey. BUT. The food. I got the lentil soup, and that was very good. But then I ate the spinach ravioli and, let me tell you, it was one of the most delicious things I have ever put in my mouth. So good. So fresh. I never wanted to stop eating. Portion size was kind of small, but dang. Worth it. The only off thing was the cheesecake that we ordered at the end. I reminded me more of a JELL-O cheesecake than a real, good cheesecake. It was soft and had a raspberry topping that was reminiscent of fruit topping that you get out of a bag. Service was average. There was only one waitress, and she was busy some of the time. I'm certainly not going to make a habit of eating here, but I'd go back.

I have been going to Rino's Italian Ristorante for over 17 years now and have never ONCE been disappointed! Rino's has the most wonderful Italian food. Rino's is our place to celebrate fun and important events in our life. We have always been treated like VIP's with over the top service. The food is amazing and just keeps getting better! It's a local business with heart and many, many years of ltalian cooking under their belts. It's cozy and romantic. The fall is the best time to visit due to all the fresh vegetables coming in from the back yard garden that they have grown throughout the summer. We live in a rushed world and to take time out for a wonderful dinner in a relaxing place, Rino's is well worth it.
