Judge Cafe & Grill

Edit: I'm calling it quits with the judge cafe. Again today I braved the cold and ran over there to have a nice breakfast, and again, for the third time, the doors were closed and nobody was there. It's 10am, you should be open. You've lost a customer. Good food and the service is good when there aren't a lot of people there. I've gone in a couple times when there are multiple sets of patrons and waited quite a while. There's usually only one server in the morning who is taking orders, delivering food, and cashing people out. Kind of inconsistent with opening times as well. The door says 730 but I've been by twice in the past and around 830 and it's been closed. Foods great when they're open!

I used Judge Cafe for a work lunch and I'm sorry to say I was terribly unimpressed. I wanted our lunches delivered, but because there was only one person working, I accommodated and opted for pick up. When the time I wanted wasn't available, I opted for the 11:45 pick up time, knowing that I would be cutting our lunch time close, but it wasn't impossible. However, when we arrived at the restaurant to pick up the food that was supposed to be ready to go at 11:45, we stood around for several minutes before someone even greeted us. We paid and then stood around for another 15 minutes while they finished cooking and boxing up our order. We didn't leave their establishment until a little after noon and still had a 10 minute walk back to our offices. The food wasn't that great. I had the chicken enchiladas which were described as "delicious and the best thing on the menu" when the item I originally ordered wasn't available. They were meh - little flavor, cold, and nothing I would recommend to anyone. The others in the meeting commented that their food wasn't great either and just seemed disappointed all around. Considering I've only ever heard good things about Judge Cafe, I'm hoping I just had a one off bad experience, but it turned me off enough to not want to go back.
