We met Mike through a mutual friend and he was able to help us sell our family home in Murray UT. We were just finishing up plans to develop the property into 2 building lots and we decided to just sell the home As-Is. Mike met with us and we agreed on a fair price and he did just one inspection. Once we had the final approval from Murray city on the 2 lots Mike followed through and purchased the home and property shortly after. I can’t say enough about Mike and his team. They were professional, patient and followed through with everything they promised. In an industry that may have some unscrupulous actors (I met a few during the process) Mike was honest and forthright about everything. He was available to answer the simplest and most complex questions that I asked. Mike was upfront with his intentions regarding the property. I felt like we both genuinely Benefited from the sale.
