Well, we have done two 1031 exchanges with this company. One was the standard exchange, no problem. However, the second one being a Reverse 1031 Exchange, quite a different story. After half a year, we are still trying to get the property title under our own LLC name. Simple errors, easily correctable. However, they aren't very receptive to requests for it. I have now requested our attorneys to deal with the problem. Do not recommend this company....
