I just went to this store today to ask for a duct elbow and the man behind the counter waved his arm and said its down there. When I asked where he said I told you down these in the bin. I said I had looked down there twice and asked if he could walk down with me to find it. When we walked down the aisle he said it looks like we dont have it and walked away. I have never been treated so rudely in a store. This man needs to be fired! It was awful and disrespectful. I will never go back there.

My wife went to see about getting a repair kit for a pressure regulator. I had written down all the info from the tag for them. She was treated very rudely and condescendingly. They wouldn't even look at the info that she brought in, which was everything that was on the tag. This is the third time that she has gone there and each time has been treated rudely, but this was the worst. They are disrespectful to women, and I don't appreciate it at all. I will never go there myself and am recommending that my wife doesn't either, even though they are close to our house.
