Ferguson Plumbing Supply

Ordered expensive, high end supplies using a designer for 2 bathroom remodels. our first bathroom shower broke, we had no water in the shower, was told the pipe was frozen, huh?? we had water working in our sinks and tub. Turns out they were wrong, NEW diverted was broken and now family & friends visiting,  Sent wrong bathtub in a very destroyed box. Told everyone involved. Promised new one would be delivered yesterday and wrong one picked up so job not held up. NOPE, and today, Friday they are CLOSED. Not even a phone call telling us they were NOT delivering, no new diverted and no bathtub to install. we have more remodeling to do, hoping we can find a respectable supply company. Merry Christmas to you Ferguson  I'm sure YOU have functioning bathrooms.

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! Bad customer service, zero communication. They dont care about their customers.

So I went in and did 2 appointments with Michelle and since then she has been the absolute worst to work with. I met with her for a plumbing and lighting bid. The plumbing bid took a month for me to get back. She still has not given me my lighting bid and it's been over a month. She does not answer any emails, any phone calls from me or my contractor. I have also left messages for the floor manager Woody to change consultants and of course he never returned my call.

Went in today to look for a bathroom faucet and medicine cabinet. I was pretty much ignored and when I asked for some help I was told everyone was busy (even tho I saw many who WEREN'T)! Looked around by myself and couldn't believe the extremely high prices on most everything overall. Will never return and recommend staying away! Customer service definitely isn't a priority here ....

Please get someone nicer to answer your phones. Incredibly short, rude, and unhelpful. You lost a customer that was ready to purchase today. Going to Standard Plumbing Supply.
