I visited this office several times 4 years ago in 2016 for treatment. Dr Black was kind and did lots of different tests to figure out what was causing my symptoms. But in the end I was not super impressed and decided to go elsewhere after my last apt in the fall of 2016. I had a stroke in Spring 2017 and have since found better neurological care. **The reason for my one star review is that I printed out a credit report and found that Dr Black’s office sent me to a collection agency in Summer 2017. I had not once received a bill or phone call regarding the balance from Dr Black’s office. I called the office and was told to call the collection agency. When I called the collection agency they told me the address that the bills had been sent to; it was an address that I have not lived at in 20 years!! Was my new patient paperwork not even used to update/verify my current address? Seems like every time I go to any other Dr’s office they verify my address and phone number at check-in. Isn’t this standard procedure?? Bill is now paid to the collection agency along with interest charges! Super frustrated!!!
