I went to the student health center for my cough that I have had since last Saturday. When the doctor walked in he said "how long have you had it for?" I said since last Saturday. He than continued by asking me have you been tested for covid? I said no. The doctor said if the test comes positive we will do a telehealth visit. If it comes back negative then you guys can come back in for a visit. Oh and never once was a physical examination ever performed on me for my cough. Basically I was refused medical attention. Worse care I have ever received in my life. Oh and my husband and I still had to pay the co-pay.

This place is a joke, it's the only place the student health insurance is accepted and I haven't been able to get through to make an appointment. I get out on hold then hung up on after 10 minutes. This has happened 3 times

Every time I come for a visit, the staff is welcoming. While I feel rushed and confused at other medical facilities, here I feel cared for. Policies are clear and they take the time to inform you. Erin was helpful and kind, she truly made me feel comfortable.
