Romano's Macaroni Grill

Wow. Such poor service! "Kid - friendly Italian" not so much. Server mostly M.I.A. waiting well over 30 minutes for bread with hungry kids in a mostly empty restaurant. Server tried to serve a bottle of wine of absolutely not the bottle we ordered. Could go on.

I held my Family Christmas Eve Dinner here for 20 people and was so disappointed! The service was beyond horrible and the food was over priced for the quality. We usually go to Olive Garden but wanted to try something different this year and was so unhappy with our choice. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Was a great dinner. There was 6 of us with 2 waiters. Food was hot when served and excellent in flavor. Decor was clean and comfortable.

Stopped in for lunch with 3 other coworkers. The drinks were ordered with the meals with only three drinks being delivered out of the four ordered. Did not see the waiter ( I say this lightly as he was one of the worst I have ever seen in this job) till food was delivered, which came with my dinner salad as you know everyone loves their dinner salad delivered with their hot meal. Waiter made excuses that it was busy but when you can see empty chairs around the place and you are talking in a normal tone with having no problem hearing the conversation then I guess I could not gauge how busy it really was. I guess that since he delivered my dinner salad late it reminded him about his other table that he needed to deliver their salads as he rushed off and I observed him rushing salads out. We got one piece of bread when we arrived (4 grown men) and when we were about done with our meals the waiter brought another. I will have to say this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a macaroni grill. This waiter needs to find another vocation because what he performed was a joke. We ate at olive garden right down the block the day before and everything was great but such a disappointment with the overall experience at macaroni grill. This waiter was disorganized and did not complete anything as he ran around like a chicken with his head cut and I only knew this as I tried to get his attention for bread and sweetener with no luck throughout this meal.
