DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I hired the The GreenClean Effect to clean my rental apartment after a tenant moved out. They did a horrible job. The woman who came to clean spent 4 hours cleaning and it didnt even look like she did anything. The cleaner didnt even show up with a broom and had to borrow mine. The owner of the company, Tamera, sent the same woman back to fix the job, which is extremely unprofessional after she did such a subpar job the first time. I became so frustrated that it felt easier and quicker to send the cleaner home and do it myself after she spent a total of 6 hours at my home. Communication with the owner, Tamera, was terrible. I had to call, text, and email to even get a response out of her. She stopped responding to me all together after I requested a partial refund. Cannot say enough negative things about this company. Tamra and her crew have always went above and beyond to make sure they do a wonderful job and I couldnt be happier. If you want a cleaning company that cares and wants to do an extremely good job to keep you as a customer for life look no further.
